How it works
After your initial 15-minute call, the next step is to book your full consultation. This session lasts 60 to 90 minutes and includes a comprehensive intake where we’ll review your child’s sleep history, current patterns, routines, and any challenges you’re facing.
Following the consultation, you’ll receive a personalized sleep plan via email—tailored specifically to your child’s needs and your family’s goals. Once you’ve reviewed the plan, we’ll officially begin the sleep journey together.
To set your family up for success, we recommend starting your plan at least two weeks before any travel or major schedule changes. Please hold off on making any adjustments to your current routine until you receive and review your finalized sleep plan.
As we get started, we’ll have daily check-ins for the first several days. This ongoing support is where we’ll address your questions, troubleshoot any concerns, and make real-time adjustments as needed. At the end of our two weeks together, we’ll wrap things up with a final check-in to review progress and talk about next steps.
FAQ:
Sleep training is a method used to help babies and young children learn how to fall asleep independently and stay asleep through the night. It typically involves establishing a consistent bedtime routine and gradually teaching the child to self-soothe without relying on external aids like rocking, feeding, or being held.
Sleep training is most commonly started between 4 to 6 months of age, when babies are developmentally ready to sleep for longer stretches. However, every child is different, and what works for one may not work for another. We have packages for sleep shaping for younger infants and our services go up to age 4 years old.
No, you don’t have to let your baby cry it out. There are many gentler sleep training methods available that do not involve extended crying. Every baby is different. The key is to choose a sleep training method that aligns with your parenting style, your baby’s temperament, and your comfort level.
Yes, we can absolutely help with common baby and toddler sleep issues like frequent night waking, early morning waking, and difficulty falling asleep. These challenges are often related to sleep associations, inconsistent routines, or developmental changes—and the good news is, they’re very common and highly treatable.
